The absolute BEST. Everyone is so caring and professional from the second you walk through the door. They respond quickly to any requests (special shout out to Carolina) which definitely gives you piece of mind. The prices are reasonable!

Staff is amazing. I brought our 2 Aussie-Doodle puppies in for their vaccines with my 3-year-old in tow (I had my hands full) Dr. Laura Grady and Wendy were incredibly patient and helpful in every possible way. Unmatched care at extremely reasonable prices. Can’t say enough good things about this office!

I take my babies to Warsaw Animal Hospitol. They are good doctors. The people who work there are good about being helpful . I cannot be toting cats cages with cats. They come get it and bring it back for me

These ladies need a refresher course on their customer service skills. The customer service at the front desk was extremely unpleasant. They are not friendly at all. Working in automotive parts customer service myself, know how hard it can be to deal with customers who are angry and upset due to a personal crisis. However, that's when its YOUR JOB to comfort and reassure your customer that you are there for them, and are here to help. I switched vets because of this. The front desk should be the number one place you focus on, for customer service. This is the 1st impression your customer receives, AND the last experience they have before they leave. That's what they're going to remember most about they're experience with your business.

Though it's a bit far for me, Warsaw Animal Hospital is worth the trip! The staff and *unbeatable* low cost treatment is exemplary. It's the only place I'll take my fur babies 🤗
