Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center

I’ve brought multiple animals to this clinic over the years, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. During the appointment, the veterinarian told me she was scared of my dog because he barked at her. His bark was playful — he was simply trying to get her attention after she walked into the room without acknowledging him. Instead of interacting with him calmly, she backed herself into a corner and said she feared for her safety. I have a loving, playful French Bulldog, and I found that reaction completely unreasonable. I was visibly upset and went to the lobby to speak with management. Unfortunately, management had already left for the day. One of the front desk staff members was kind enough to sit with me and offer support, which I truly appreciated. I later learned that

We just wanted to say thank you to Warm and Fuzzy. We brought our dog in very sick and despite how stressful the situation was, the team immediately prioritize getting her feeling better. The doctor and vet techs took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood how to properly administer the medication. They were patient, thorough, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. From the wonderful doctors to the caring vet tech and the friendly front office staff, the entire team was amazing. We are so grateful for the care we received a highly recommend this veterinarian office.

After being let down by another vet, Warm & Fuzzy went above and beyond to get us in the very same day, which was such a relief. Today was my third time taking my dog into warm and fuzzy. It was towards the end of a long day, but the staff was so great at answering all my questions and helping with my weird little dog! Dr. Weber is extremely clear and professional. She’s also very honest and upfront. I wish dealing with people doctors was as good as dealing with this veterinary practice!

We made an appointment here for our dogs ear infection because our normal vet was booked up. My boyfriend got the time wrong and was running late so I let them know, and they canceled the appointment and told me that their policy is that over 10 minutes late = no show = you must cancel or reschedule. I was told there were no more appointments that day so I canceled it completely and they kept our $35 deposit. (They offered my boyfriend a same day appointment reschedule but it was for hours later and I had already made a new appointment at our vet). This 10 minute policy is nowhere on the website, it only says you may get a late fee for being 20 minutes late, which would imply you could still be seen 20 minutes late. I'm disappointed in their lack of transparency up front. Life happens. It'
