Had many issues with this business and I am finally giving up on them. Had multiple times where they forgot we had a scheduled appointment and we had to reschedule. The final straw was when we showed up to the business for an appointment. The door was locked and no one answered while we knocked. I called the business and no one answered the phone. I waited about 15-20 mins and finally left. The owner got in contact with us and told us their employee quit (they had issues keeping groomers and that probably says something else about their business) and they didn't notify those who had appointments that day. Holidays are stressful enough, especially when pets are part of families. Today i was left scrambling to get my dog groomed for family pictures this weekend. I had an appointment scheduled on 12/5, i recieved a confirmation text and saved the appointment card. We showed up to the grooming salon and no one was there. I proceed to call and text. When I finally got a hold of the owner I was told there wasn't an appointment on the books. I stated I received a confirmation text on Dec 2. I inquired how was this possible for texts to be sent but appointments not recorded. Her only explaination was her ex-groomer deleted all the appointments.i stated that i never received a phone call notfiying me of the shop closure and its poorly ran. She continued to state there was no appoint

I attempted to contact the owner of Sudzy Pets repeatedly via phone, text and email. After many tries, she replied with extremely curt and rude messages with barely any follow-up. There was a slight misunderstanding when booking an appointment (which I will surely take responsibility for), but instead of clearing it up in a kind, warm manner, she messaged that I am not a good fit for her. I would never recommend dealing with this company.

Terrible value for the service. We have taken our two small dogs to Snooty Pooch many times and thought it would be nice to have a grooming service done without having to make the trip. In the end we paid triple the price for half the service and they don't even smell good. Both dogs are wet. Somehow our dogs harness became stuck during the service and we literally had to cut it off, so not only did we pay $150 for a bath, the groomer cut one nail and gave up and now we have to buy a new harness. And we paid literally nearly triple the cost for what a quality service would be. Very very unhappy with the experience.

Amanda was our groomer & she was AMAZING! She texted when she was on the way with an ETA, which was great because I had time to take my girls out to use the bathroom prior to their service. Amanda took the time to ask important questions about how I wanted them cut, explained the whole process, and was very detailed. Extremely professional and caring! She really took excellent care of my baby girls Sadie Jo & Lady Madonna! They looked so cute! Thank you again, Sudzy Pets & Amanda. I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know!
