The best experience I’ve ever had at a vet and I highly recommend Dr Ward. Out of the 4 vets I called while thinking my cat had gotten in poison she is the ONLY one that would work in Althea. The others said they were either booked or had an appointment 2 hours away and no one but Dr Ward had any sense of urgency. I will never go anywhere else she saved my Althea who is better than ever now. Best and only place to go in this area! Thank u so much Dr Ward and her amazing and kind staff!!

I am incredibly thankful for Lori and the staff at the clinic. They have been so kind and helpful. Recently, my dog was bit by another dog and I contacted Lori for guidance. She promptly scheduled an appointment for us and took great care of him. She also recommended having him neutered for his long-term health. We followed her advice and my little man is doing wonderful!

Always pleasant. Lori is a great doctor, straight to the point. Saved my babies life. She's fresh with great new ideas and keeps all my pups healthy.

Friendly and professional. Willing to take a walk-in emergency for an adult cat on a Friday morning. We were able to pick him up the following Saturday afternoon. (It was costly, but that's no surprise nowadays.)

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary service. We had a vet emergency, unfortunately it was late at night on a Saturday. We texted the emergency number for our local vet as instructed to do via their answering service, but they did not return our text. I was desperate and getting nowhere. I called Dr. Ward and left a voicemail, she called me back within minutes. She gave advice over the phone for the situation and said she would have a vet tech at the clinic the next morning by 8:30 AM. Dr. Ward was very knowledgeable, friendly, and told us to call her if anything changed in then night. I think it speaks of someone’s character, commitment to their career, and above all their love of animals when they return your call and your animal is not even their patient. I will definit
