My cat, Misty, has been with us for nearly 14 years, unthinkably long for an outside cat that hadn't stepped paw into a clinic since she got her spay done as a kitten. She fell ill this week; stopped eating and moving. My parents have never allowed taking pets to a vet, with exclusively outside animals, and I'm only recently enough into adulthood to have a say in the matter. So I decided to be the first to do so, and was recommended this place immediately by my sister and her husband. This was my very first experience with a vet. The people here were so kind the whole way through, which meant the world as it was all very new to me. I was able to get an appointment very quickly (same-day was available, though I had to go with next-day for my own schedule) with the help of a very sweet recep

My family has been taking all 4 of their dogs here for years. Today, my dad brought my rescue pup in for an immunization shot. My dog is only 13 lbs and very docile. There must have been a newer/younger vet tech there who took him from my dad and aggressively started dragging him across the floor by his leash even though my dog was not resisting to walk whatsoever. As my dad started to follow them back, she told him he was not allowed to go back with them. We are so disappointed in how our brand new rescue was treated and frankly disturbed that someone who clearly does not care how animals are handled is allowed to work in a vet office. Will never be back at this practice

Dr. Sarah Nelms is absolutely wonderful. She is patient, kind and a good listener. Dr. Nelms is an excellent diagnostician. She keeps our pups in good health and makes every visit an excellent experience. She is consistent with follow up so nothing falls through the cracks. The front desk folks Melissa, Hannah and Barbara Ann are terrific. Tyler Coleman is wonderful. Everett and Lilly are in good hands with this team.

This big boy Chipper had to have surgery and these guys and gals were the best! They have called several times just to check on him. Thank you Dr. Parker and assistant for keeping this momma calm and keeping me updated during his surgery. May God bless all of you! 💙😇
