I just adopted an amazingly, gorgeous Cavapoo from the Boca location. The experience was wonderful! I had to wait 10 days for my puppy to arrive, which felt like 10 years, and I am just so pleased with every aspect of this adoption. Jessica was so kind and kept texting back and forth with me and on the day my puppy arrived, she FaceTimed me!!! I cannot even tell you the immense joy I felt and that was so thoughtful of her!! My little boy is healthy and is quickly getting used to me, although I am sitting on the floor next to his crate at 1am. Hahaha. All of the girls in this shop deserve an AWARD! They are very protective of these puppies and I could not believe the people who come in with their kids and just try to swarm the puppies. The girls are right there watching every move and ensur

Upon walking into Wags, we were warmly greeted by Kira and Keyonna. We browsed and asked questions. Then, we were able to sit in a cozy secure area to hold puppies one at a time. We checked out the male Morkies and the female Yorkie. The store was super clean and the puppy cribs were free of all pee/poo. As we sat visiting with puppies, the ladies continually greeted customers with smiles and hellos. Keyonna explained all the paperwork and initial care and tips for our Yorkie! She invited us to call with any questions or concerns. Kira followed up with checkup calls. We must say the customer service is the best! Thank you ladies for making our experience with Wag's About Us so great. 🥰

We got our little puppy from Wags About You in November 2024. Our experience with Wags @ Boca was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL!! The staff’s friendliness and extensive knowledge solidified our decision in getting our puppy from them. We worked with the staff for a month and throughout the whole time they were extremely understanding and flexible to our needs. Specifically Bob , who checked back with us multiple times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The 2 girls there were absolutely wonderful and let us take all the time we needed when choosing our puppy. There just isn’t enough great things to say about them. Our puppy is a happy healthy girl, and if we ever are looking to get another we will be back!

Beautiful and very clean place. All the pups are so adorable and healthy. Even though we didn’t take home any puppy, the staffs are knowledgeable and kind to both the customers and toward little pups. Highly recommended!

We got our mini golden doodle here just under 2 years ago now. They have a vet that they work with that makes sure all of the puppies are healthy and the store is always clean and the puppies well looked after. The owner is a super nice guy and they welcome people in just to play with the puppies but I guarantee you'll end up going back and wanting to bring one home. I bring my son in as a treat from time to time and to get my baby puppy fix. When we got our doodle we were originally planning to adopt from a shelter but we were repeatedly denied due to having a toddler at home. We already had 2 other dogs at home we had adopted from shelters and our at the time 2 year old son was calm and gentle with them and always supervised.
