The shop is clean and well taken care of, and she’s efficient in making every dog feel as comfortable as possible. She also has an amazing technique for getting nails trimmed. She reassured me that she had plenty of experience with anxious pups and truly delivered on that promise. She was kind enough to fit us in the same day with Nashell as the groomer and my dog was ready in less than an hour — looking like a brand-new dog! Her coat was soft, shiny, and smelled amazing. Best of all, she came out happy and relaxed, not stressed like she usually is after vet grooming visits. I’m beyond impressed with the care and quality of service. By far the best place I have ever taken my dog too! I use to take him to pet smart where they damaged his coat and cut him up. After taking him to Topdog I will never go anywhere else again!!
