Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They treated my baby with so much love and patience, and you can really tell they truly care about animals. 🐶🐾 Dr.Wagner took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I never felt rushed, and they made sure my baby was calm and cared for the whole time. It’s such a relief to have a vet I trust. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care — we will definitely keep coming back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional vet. 💕

Our first visit was due to one of our dogs getting a deep laceration. They started out strong with such a pleasant woman answering (I don't remember names 😭) and reassuring me that an appointment wasn't necessary in cases like ours. She also greeted us, jumped right into getting the ball rolling, and all of the staff were very caring, equally engaging with both the animals and people. I was also given a thorough estimate to give the okay on prior to them getting started. Dr. Wagner came in himself to go over the take home instructions and today was the first time I've ever had a Veterinarian personally reach out to check on an animal after they've received services. Great first impression and our love muffin is doing great.

Then Dr Warner’s awesome care and love shown to our Nola Rae was the best of care ever! This is our 1st little pup in years! My wife had so many questions as I did, and Dr Wagner took his time and went over all of them for us! Brittany his assistant was amazing with Nola she loved on her and also offered to clip his very sharp little nails for us! I don’t know how much more we can say but Dr Travis Wagner is the Best Ever Vet in our area! Also his new Clinic and Staff are the Best Ever too! We won’t be going anywhere else but to Dr Wagner for the Best Of Care for our sweet Nola Rae!💜🐶💜

We had the absolute BEST experience at Wagner Animal Hospital! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming. Erica is SO sweet and incredibly helpful — she truly goes above and beyond. Dr. Wagner and his entire staff are not only professional, but genuinely kind and compassionate. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. You can tell they truly care about animals and treat them like their own. We took one of our dogs to be spayed, and they kept us updated throughout the entire day until we picked her up. That meant so much to us and gave us such peace of mind. Dr. Wagner and his crew are the most incredible people I’ve ever worked with! Scheduling is a breeze. Erica is so kind to both myself and my pets, she has such a sweet and understanding demeanor over the phone and always makes me feel comfortable leaving my cats in her care. The other two people I’ve spoken to in the office are wonderful as well, but unfortunately I have not had the chance to learn their names! The staff is incredible, but Dr. Wagner himself is outstanding as well. He is always so easy to talk to and really has a knack for being relatable, easy to understand, and informative.
