They have GOT to do something about the smell. I understand its a pound, essentially. But I've been to veterinarians clinics that smelled better. It takes your breath... The people were friendly and helpful but my biggest complaint was the smell.

Went to look for a kitten on 2/27/25 and left with a 1 year old cat. He is the most loving and awesome kitty. His name was Purralon and we named him Buddy. I went in the cat room and he came right to me. I picked him up and he hugged me with both paws around my neck. Love at first sight. Great experience. Staff was very helpful.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. The smell here is horrible. And I was walked back into their extra cat room today to witness the unsanitary conditions of each animal. Firstly, it smells like pneumonia, hard of breathing. Secondly, the kennels are small and cats barely have any room to move freely. The mama cats with litters are in small condos bundled together. Someone needs to reevaluate this place and gets it running how it used to, or this place needs to be shut down. Shocked the board members have let it run for this long like this. Shows you how much they “care” about this place. Unbelievable.

I sent two applications both within businness days and hours and the application says it would be reviewed and will get a response within 1-2 days. Both Applications never responded to, even sent a seperate email and no response. Website states to feel free to come in to see the dogs if they have a paw next to their name, yet none of the ones i wanted to meet were and the front desk lady not checking. the next day all the dogs i wanted to view were removed

The conditions at this location are atrocious. I went in to look at the cats recently and the horrid smell hits you in the face as soon as you step in. It is inhumane to have the animals breathing in that stiffing air, which smells like unclean litter boxes. There is no fresh air running through this place and the cats are kept in small cages where their food, water and litter boxes are right next to each other. There were too many cats with watery or crusty eyes probably due to no fresh air and the filthy litter boxes. My eyes started to get irritated and I was not in there for long. It was heartbreaking and infuriating that they are in these conditions. I have been to other animal shelters and there was no bad smell and the cats were free to roam in their rooms, had plenty of space a
