Their entire team has provided the best possible experience we could ever expect from a dog training service. Both the in-home one-on-one trainings and the group trainings have been such a blessing to our miniature dachshund puppies. Susan does positive based dog training and specializes in puppy classes and fearful/aggressive dogs! Susan did amazing things for my Val and her Christmas Photos are Santa Paw Approved!! Do your new fur baby a favor and book a class so that you both start out on the right paw!!! Drop it, leave it, come when called, focus, impulse control... Just a few great things she teaches in small class sizes to make your dog into the shining star you always wanted!!!

So grateful to have found Susan and the Wagging Willow. She has been a tremendous help with training our puppy, Ivy. She has such passion and dedication for dogs and you can really see it as Ivy always had Susan's full attention and has learned so much after her puppy 101 classes. The way they just listen and she knows how to get them to be totally focused on what she is teaching them. Aside from Susan teaching my dogs, she has also taught me a lot of knowledge about dogs It was my first dog and she was a pit bull so I was nervous to see if she was going to be a handful and and not respond to training and it was the exact opposite she loved going to puppy training. We adopted our rescue pup in January 2019, and soon discovered we were out of our depth in dealing with a dog that had had very little socialization before coming to us. He was terrified of everything, he didn’t know what to do with toys, we couldn’t get a leash on him, and he certainly wasn’t going to get in the car. I found Wagging Willow on Yelp and set up a series of in home training sessions. Finn immediately responded to Susan’s gentle, positive techniques as she taught us how to build trust and help Finn to feel safe & secure.
