Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming

I brought a family’s friend dog in to use the self service wash about a week ago. Now granted I was trimming nails in the tub, which understandably I agree shouldn't have been done. I respect that and was quick to stop after an associate approached me. Come forth a week later, I brought my own dog to use the self service wash. Coming here isn’t my first choice as I work in a grooming salon, but now that I’m receiving training at a different location I was in need of a place to get my dog washed so I could finish a trim at home. The associate who had seen me a week prior had noticed I was using the self wash again, and reminded me again that nail trimming was not allowed in the tubs, unprompted as I was just taking my pup’s harness off. I would understand if I had not adhered to their rule

We had a nail grooming appt with Shelby for our somewhat nervous 8 year old rottle and could not have had a better/easier experience! Shelby was so kind to him and got him all trimmed up in just a few minutes! Best of all he was great the rest of the day, no picking at or licking sore paws/nails! We will definitely be back! Best $20 spent ever!

We had an awful experience with our dog grooming at this WagnWash location, and DO NOT recommend this place at all. Moreover, the way the situation was handled after left a sore taste in our mouth. We made a full grooming appointment for our dog - an Australian shepherd mix - at this location for afternoon on Monday, November 4. When we went to drop her, the groomer asked the blade size she should use. This is the first time we have been asked that question. It was our second time at Wag n' Wash (we recently moved to a house very close to the location), and we have had our dog groomed at Pet Supplies Plus and Pet Smart before - we have never before been asked that question. I brought both my cats in for grooming, and what they did to them was absolutely heartbreaking. They shaved them down to the skin, leaving their coats patchy and uneven. Some areas are so bare, it looks like exposed skin. My poor cats look like they’ve been injured. I paid $280 for what feels like a butchering, not grooming. It’s hard to understand why anyone would run a pet grooming business if they’re going to treat animals like this. When I picked them up, I stayed calm and polite, but inside, I was crushed. And the more I looked, the more flaws I noticed.

Went there to have my 100lb slightly reactive and starting to having arthritis German Shepherd groomed. I was more nervous than a parent leaving their child on the first day of school, but all the staff are so attentive and competent. They had her back to me in less than two hours beautifully groomed and looking very calm and happy. The store and grooming area are immaculate, the staff is always friendly, products and services are reasonably priced. Will definitely return, they did a great job.
