Wag Hotels in Santa Monica has been an absolute game-changer for my energetic terrier puppy! He absolutely loves daycare and is well cared for when he is there for overnight boarding. The facility is impeccably clean, well-designed, and a highlight is the indoor/outdoor play spaces. The staff are welcoming and professional—they treat every dog like their own. I feel confident knowing attentive team members supervise play to ensure safe, fun interactions. They're also responsive; when I call, I get quick, reassuring updates. If you want your pup genuinely loved and entertained, Wag Hotels is outstanding. My little guy comes home happy, tired, and eager for another visit!

We have been using Wag hotels for a long time, even when they were in their previous location. This time, when I dropped off my dog, one of the people at the desk suddenly jumped out and started petting my dog, recognizing her from a long time. We have been loyal customers of Wag Hotels for probably the last five years, and every time we go there, our dog feels at home because people like that person who petted her. He recognized her and was happy to see her again.

I can't say enough good things about the care my German Shepherd and Cattle Dog received! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Abby was initially very scared and shaking on the first day, which was understandably stressful for both him and me. However, the team was patient and understanding, taking the time to comfort him and help him feel safe. By the next three nights, I was amazed at the transformation! He was much more relaxed and even started to play and explore his surroundings. It was clear that the caregivers genuinely cared for the dogs and took the time to build trust with them. It has only been 2 visits, but I am told it is going well. She has been well-received. She is the tiniest of the lot, but doesn't seem intimidated. When she does need cuddling, the staff is happy to hold her. I am anticipating her excellent participation and care. Check-in-check out are easy. The flexible drop off and pick up are much appreciated. Thank you.
