Moon Doggy's Grooming

So grateful for Moon Doggy’s, they take the best care of my pup! Getting a bath & haircut is not Jill’s most favorite thing, but they are patient and do a great job. They always make sure her haircut is exactly what I’m looking for. Definitely recommend!

Yes. This place is worth it and fantastic. Please take your pups here. First off Karen, whom I spoke with several times before the appointment was lovely. I came in a little bit early for my appointment and they were ready to take him back. They were kind enough to let me explain some weird situations that Jack and I go through when were bathing. I reward him with a cookie and so they took the cookie that I brought with him to give just like we do at home. Leslie was going to be the groomer for Jack. Karen introduced us and less it was kind enough to step away and asked what I wanted to see done with Jack. At first I liked this place. Our groomer was great, and they had a really useful set of pictures to illustrate the length of cut. But over time we started to see issues. The groom was often not quite finished, with some bits missing, which does happen (dogs are squiggly!), but happened each time, and doesn't at our new groomers. We were being charged for mats, which was very frustrating. I understand the concept, but I brush our dog every day, and wasn't finding mats. It also shouldn't have mattered as we keep our small dog cut short, so any knots could be easily cut out. In the end, we were paying nearly $200 for a groom for a 10lb bichon, and not even the same price every time and well above the quoted price.
