Wag Hotels - Santa Clara

WAG hotel has been a life saver for our pup and family. They are convenient, reliable and always welcoming! We know Cookie is getting her social battery met and receiving love from her favorite people there. Janine and Ricky have given her such care and attention that makes us feel good every time we leave her.

When my usual dog sitter moved away I decided to give Wag a try. I was nervous at first because my pup has some pretty bad separation anxiety. But booking a large room with the 24 hour web cam really helped put my mind at ease. I also received photos each day during his play time. When I book the small room then I'll add on some of the other services like a nightly walk or buddy time. My pup still isn't "thrilled" with being away but I know the staff at Wag take great care of him. I hear from many of them that they all enjoy seeing him when he visits.

Update - we boarded our dog again and the experience was perfect. She had a comfy bed and when she would not eat they added chicken topper which she then ate every day. Updated my stars to 5. Previous review - Overall a good experience. The only issue is I paid for a deluxe suite and the bed she received had no blanket on it. It was essentially a plain raised bed. See pictures for what is advertised. I only paid more for this room because my dog is spoiled and will only lay on blankets.

Five stars facility, five stars staffs, five stars management. I want for a quick visit this morning but not for the boarding a dog but for an opportunity for a oversea visit. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and accepted by the manager. The facility is very nice and clean and all the dogs are very well behaved and seem under very good care of them! We don’t have any dog at this time, if we do one day, this is the place that I trusted with my family member.

I had an amazing experience at this dog hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and truly treats every dog like family. From the moment we walked in, my dog felt comfortable and excited. The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that kept my pup happy and busy. I loved receiving updates and photos—it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend this dog hotel to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving place for their fur baby. We will definitely be returning!
