I can’t even begin to say how wonderful Vivi Pet Care is. I had to get my two long haired cats shaved due to excessive matting, and Vivi and her team could not have done a better job of making the process as easy as possible. She gave me a consultation (which she ended up giving me at no charge because the kitties wouldn’t let her do ANYTHING) and she recommended I speak to my vet and bring them back after giving them something to calm them down for the full grooming. She also set me at ease that doing the full shave was the right thing to do (NOT an easy decision) as they had too many mats to get out with a bath and brush. When I came back, she let me stay in the room and help hold my kitties and talk to them while they worked. They were so kind and knowledgeable, especially her assist

I had been looking to groom my mini poodle for a while now and several neighbors, along with my own research, recommended vivi. They were able to give me an appointment just 2 days from my inquiry and I loved that already! Their facility is clean & welcoming. It took about 2 hours to groom my poodle, it included full shave, shampoo, teeth clean, anal gland, nails clipped and he had a total change in appearance & attitude. I could tell he felt refreshed and even more happy than the norm. I recommend vivi anytime and to anyone. The staff is very friendly and informative. My questions were all answered before asking them. I will definitely be back and taking advantage of their boarding and day care services.

My rescue pup has been very nervous with the dryer at another groomer so Vivi assured me they had different machines and techniques to help him. I dropped off a nervous pup and returned to a very happy boy who seemed to love the staff! Vivi said she took her time and he did great with the dryer. He got a cute holiday themed bandana (nice touch). Her prices are competitive so I’ll definitely return!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for grooming and couldn’t be happier! The staff is gentle, professional, and clearly love what they do. My dog always comes home looking great, smelling fresh, and—most importantly—happy and relaxed. They take their time to make sure everything is done right and treat every pet like their own.

My dog absolutely loves going to Vivi Pet Care for daycare! She gets so excited every time and has so much fun playing with her fluffy friends. We’ve also used their grooming and boarding services, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the level of care they provide. She always comes home happy, and looking beautiful after her grooming!
