Vista Vet - Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge

This was the first veterinary clinic we visited after moving to Texas. They were incredibly kind and provided truly personalized care for our senior, large-breed dog. The vet sat on the floor to meet our dog at eye level and examined her with such warm and gentle hands. Watching the care and respect they showed our dog was genuinely touching.

This place has always been wonderful for me and my pets. I feel like I am always warmly greeted when I enter. The whole team absolutely dotes on my pets when I am there. I have always received clear communication with what they are doing and what they recommend. I've done several procedures through here - dentals & spays. I never had any problems, even when my crazy puppy would not be calm after her spay, the team looked over her, made sure the incision looked great, and we adjusted her sedatives so she could recover appropriately. The whole team is absolutely phenomenal, and I cannot recommend them enough!

We love the care and attention our dogs receive at this veterinary office. Every visit feels personal. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. One thing I truly appreciate is how quickly we’re brought into a room for our appointment; it makes the experience so much smoother for both us and our pets. However, I do want to highlight a major issue: their online pharmacy. While the in-office experience is wonderful, the online store has been consistently disappointing. Prescription medications take about two weeks just to ship out, which has a serious impact on our dog’s medication schedule. To make matters worse, the customer service from the pharmacy is condescending, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Because of this, I’m actively looking into switching wher

I am beyond grateful for the incredible team at Vista Vet. Over the years, they have always taken GREAT care of my 17-year-old chihuahua, Dolce. Dolce recently had an emergency, and I rushed her to the hospital. They immediately jumped into action with such care and urgency. Although Dolce could not be saved, the compassion and gentleness shown during one of the hardest moments of my life will stay with me forever. They gave me the time I needed to process, supported me with understanding, and lovingly helped ease Dolce from her pain. I will always carry gratitude in my heart for the kindness and respect they showed both me and my sweet Dolce.

Vista Vet has been wonderful to my pets. They are super thorough and informative where each step is clear and helps you make the best informed decision. They helped my baby Yeren and make it super easy for me. I would definitely recommend them multiple times over.
