Firehouse Animal Health Center Round Rock

I’ve been here a few times since I brought my kitten home 7 months ago. He came with a very long list of continued health issues. They are very thorough and patient. They have an app that allows you to send messages and will text you back which is very convenient for me when I can’t answer a phone call at work. They do not pressure you to do anything extra and they go over everything so you come to an agreement and don’t have any surprise expenses at the end. I have seen 3 different vet offices in my kittens short life and I only feel comfortable bringing him here. I will take my senior cat as well when needed. Overall, they are the best vet I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few!

We recently adopted our dog from the Williamson County Shelter and got a voucher for her first exam, so we brought our girl in for a checkup. Dr. Haberle helped us out and we couldn’t have had a better experience. He was super kind and really took the time to answer all our questions and make sure our new dog felt comfy. The staff was also super welcoming.

We had a very positive experience at Firehouse Round Rock. From the moment we walked in, the ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. Celina and Dr. Ashlea took such good care of our Chihuahua Olive. They were very informative and gave us a wide range of options and recommendations for her care. When her labs resulted, they weren’t what we hoped, and Celina and Dr. Ashlea were caring and empathetic. We ended up needing to take Olive to an emergency center, and Dr. Ashlea was helpful in recommending different places. Once we chose one, she called ahead to speak to the veterinarian there to explain our situation and let them know we were on the way. We’ve had consistently positive experiences at this clinic, and we want to specifically recognize Grant, one of the veterinary technicians, for the excellent care he provides. He is kind, attentive, and reassuring, especially during stressful visits. He communicates clearly, checks in often, and brings a calm, supportive presence that truly makes a difference. We’ve also been incredibly grateful for the care we’ve received from Dr. Demers. She brings a thoughtful and thorough approach to every visit—listening carefully, following up, and ensuring there’s always a solid, well-thought-out plan of care. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes it easy to feel confident and supported. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly stand out.

We found a cat stuck under a car and we called around but no vet would see us without an appointment until we called Firehouse. They fit us in super quick and did a thorough check of our new cat and he's 100 percent healthy. They even gave us a cat carrier since we just walked in holding him. Really nice people!
