From the second I brought my dog in we were treated so warmly. Every step of the process from scheduling, to the exam, to the delivery of heartbreaking news; all of it was done with such love and reverence. Dr. Mueller handled Argos’ care with compassion and knowledge and I am so grateful I chose this place for his visit. We had to make the devastating decision to euthanize and the respect, love, and dedication she has for her patients and their families shined through in every facet. Argos was loved until his very last breath and Dr. Mueller and her team handled his after-life care for us seamlessly, and without any additional stress to us. The memorial items we received are beautiful. We are so thankful for this place. 20/10 recommend.

Cannot say enough about how compassionate, kind, and caring the staff was when we took our senior dog here. We knew it was likely time for him to go, but they took their time discussing our options and talking through things with us. In the end, we had to say goodbye, but it was handled in such a supportive and loving way. Our entire experience from start to finish was the best someone could hope for in this situation. Their pricing felt very reasonable for urgent care, and I didn’t have the least bit of sticker shock. They even contacted our vet the next morning. I highly recommend them for urgent care, and they will definitely be our first choice if any future urgent pet care needs arise.

From the moment I walked in with my sweet Cash, I was a complete, sobbing mess. He hid his kidney failure very well up until he couldn’t; and unfortunately it was his time. The staff here (everyone from the front desk, to triage, to our doctor) handled Cash and I with so much grace and care. They were busy, but very efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. I especially want to thank Dr. Mueller. It’s not easy delivering someone the most devastating news of their life, and I will never forget her kindness and empathy during this difficult time. Truly, the whole staff. Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of my Cash man in his final moments 🧡

Extremely pleasant place to take your pet. It is clean the staff is professional and courtesy and show the utmost caring for our dog and all the other pets that came in while we were waiting. Highly recommended to anybody that needs their service.

We recently had to have surgery on our puppy Willow. Our primary cat vet gave us several references for local orthopedic surgeons, and after reviewing the options and consulting with others, we selected VSGA. They expedited our appointment and gave us first class service throughout. The surgery was stressful for us, but everyone we interacted with was reassuring and supportive. The communication with the office staff, the vet techs, and Dr. Cross was thorough and informative, and left no doubt that we made the right decision. I would highly recommend VSGA for your veterinary care. Going in today for a followup everyone knew Willow’s name, almost as if she belonged there. That is the type of thing that makes a difference.
