What an awesome service Jim offers, we took both our schnauzers for training today and I couldn't be happier... Jim has years of experience and it clearly shows. I've been in Arizona my whole life and have always lived on the edges of town, rattlers are all around and I fear for my dogs every single time they go outside. I'm confident that my dogs (and I) received enough training to keep us safe .. The lady that left the negative review just doesn't understand the importance of this but I bet her dog understands! Thanks Jim!

My poodle Roxy had the snake avoidance training this morning and I was really happy with the service Jim provided, really informative about everything, hope my dog doesn’t have anything to do with snakes , looks like she knows now what to do , highly recommend.

This is a very late review but we took our dog here for rattlesnake aversion training about 10 years ago. It worked after only 1 session where he was shocked with the collar after getting close and smelling a caged, rattling snake. We came back to test if it worked a few weeks later by having him run off leash on a trail where a caged rattler was hidden. He stopped dead in his tracks about 20 feet before reaching the snake - he caught the scent of it and came running back to us and wouldn’t go any further down the trail. He’s reacted this same way on several occasions while hiking over the years and it has been so useful to know when there is a rattle snake ahead, especially while hiking with young children! We have another dog now but live in CA and I haven’t been able to find a snake ave

A very expensive two minutes were spent with my dog, relying on being shocked once to avoid only the smell of a cold, caged snake. I have attended a Rattlesnake Ready class, where the sight of a live (and warmed) snake, the recorded sound, and the smell were all addressed separately. If your dog wasn't sensitized by the end of that, it would never be! Very impressive.

I took all 5 of my dogs here and they had a great time despite the tough lesson. My dog that was trained about 3 years ago here has avoided multiple rattlesnakes at home and passed his retest perfectly
