New River Veterinary Hospital

I can't say enough good things about New River Veterinary Hospital and the amazing staff who work there. Every time we come in for a well visit, they treat my dogs with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Today was no exception—my pups were greeted with smiles, gentle hands, and lots of love. The team is always thorough, patient, and attentive, making sure my dogs are comfortable and healthy. It's clear they truly care about animals and take pride in what they do. I always leave feeling confident that my dogs are in the best hands possible. I had them put my cat down the other day. From the moment I walked through the front door I felt like I was doing the right thing. I was immediately put in a room with my cat for a few minutes before I heard a light tap on the door. The door opened and I swear the blonde girl that came in the room looked like an angel. She carefully took my baby out of the cage and wrapped her in a blanket and promised me that she was in good hands. I couldn't go into the room that they put her down in but felt completely comfortable handing her over to this angel. Thank you for making me and my baby feel like we were the most important individuals the place. God bless this business to be here for people for a thousand years.

I am so upset with this vet. I took my dog in for ear infection and exam. Walked out of there paying 350.00. They gave me some cream and cleaner and said I could put it on outside ear too. I called 2 days later to confirm which medicine I was supposed to put on the outside and they did not know what I was talking about. I reminded them about the sores on the outside of the ear and they again said it was not noted. There is NO way you could do an exam of the ears and not feel the bumps all over on the outside of the ear too. I asked to come in for a 2nd opinion with Dr Sarah. I came in and they finally gave me an antibiotic and itch meds... her ear was really bad. They charged me another office visit and I only had 100.00 more (now $450 total) and the bill was $180. The best vet in the North Valley! We've been bringing our dogs here for nearly 10 years. Dr. Sarah and Dr. Jordy are compassionate and caring... always giving us the time and guidance to keep our "furry children" happy and healthy. Their staff is amazing as well! Long story short, they are our go to vet for all of our dogs over the years.

We have been with Dr. Sarah and her team for many many years! Will continue to remain. Colleen knows my girls by name and always takes real good care of them through big things like dental surgery or small things like toenail clips. Tammy, always make sure to get us scheduled!
