Wide aisles in the store made a comfortable queueing experience. I had two 15lb dogs with me, one in a soft crate, and it was very quick and easy to change them out, highly recommend for people bringing more than one dog to their appointment. Check in was fast, service was fast, and checkout was fast. Appointment was on Friday, and we had results by the next Tuesday morning.

Overpriced. The other low cost vet I usually use would've cost $80 but VIP charged $196. Big difference. I didn't have a choice this time but I'll make a bigger effort to get to my usual vet in the future

Check in is a terrible experience. I was in when no one was there. They told me they can't see me until I check in online. So I did that. Called me after 30 minutes to check in. When I came in there was still a long line of animals waiting their turn. What's the point of pre-registration if there is still a long line?

My visit with Tank for rabies vaccination was exceptional! All of the staff were excellent with my Recue Dog.he normally has to meet a person several times before he is comfortable with them touching him.

I’m a little disappointed in the new way to check in, some people were very aware and others and myself were not. Two ladies had cats and were first in line, an hour later, they still hadn’t been seen. People came in 30-45 minutes afterwards and were seen before them. I was there a little before 4pm and it took 45 minutes and I was 3rd in line. I did have a cell, but never checked in, since I never had to do anything before.
