***NOT A LOW COST SHOT CLINIC*** I went to the VIP clinic with my 2 dogs and asked for a dhpp as well as a bortatella shot. I was shocked at the price $244. Turns out they sold me there dog check up package including a "Free" fecal test which i had done from a vet a week prior to this visit. Look around for an actual low cost clinic. I found one the same day for $80. Live and learn 😞
The VIP petcare at Petfood Express in Benicia was great. Did not meet Dr. Tan but his assistant that took down your information on 10/4/25 was very helpful a pro with dogs & cats, hands on experience.
The service was great, staff was helpful and courteous but I was disappointed that my 3 month old puppy got fleas at the location site (outside the warehouse area of the pet food store).
Long lines, only difference in price is you don't pay Vetinary fee. Otherwise no difference. Not personal service. No help for Senior Citizens on fixed income. Which should be automatic reduced fees, we need it desperately!
Quick and painless for me, my was a bit nerves but ok.
