I have always been a Client of Redwood veterinary Hospital for several years and I have never been disappointed with their Staff and their Services... They have always taken good care of all my Fur babies whenever they have appointments and check-ups... They are the only Veterinary Hospital I go to... Pharaoh and Cairo Thank You all ...and Bless you with Love 😻😻

I recently visited this veterinary hospital and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The doctor who treated us was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive throughout the appointment. Instead of feeling supported during a stressful time for my pet, I felt belittled and uncomfortable. What concerned me most was the way we were spoken to and treated. The tone, body language, and overall attitude felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left me feeling that we were not treated with the same respect and professionalism that every client deserves. When people bring their pets in, they are often worried and vulnerable. Compassion, patience, and respect should be the standard. Sadly, that was not our experience. First visit to Redwood was excellent. Having just moved to the area we were pleased with the ease of setting first appointment, the friendlinessof the staff, and how patient and informative the Dr. was. We were pleased that the nurse even made phone calls to verify our prescription was in stock at the Costco around the corner since we are members. We truly appreciate this level of care.

My first visit was absolutely wonderful. I was worried my cat was coughing and also had a lump on his neck. They were able to fit me in same day and I was a new client so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Veterinarian, I’m sorry for forgetting. Her name was so awesome and calm and put me at ease, I didn’t feel like she was selling me on anything and I felt like she was my partner, deciding the best care for Felix. She ended up changing direction on treatment after a quick biopsy and I appreciate that she had the skill, knowledge and talent to figure out what needed to be done. So far so good as this was my first visit… I can’t imagine honestly going anywhere else after this experience

Our kitty hadn't eaten and lost weight. Doctor removed 4 canines next day keeping me apprised of her progress. Very thorough and thoughtful both Doctor and receptionist. I will be back!
