My ONLY… thought about this visit relates to the fact that I mentioned my 14 year old dog 🐕 had recently had some bouts of a “ productive “ cough. Being a Respiratory Therapist… I of course described what I observed but when I got the written report … from the Vet… she had said the owner has expressed no health concerns. Not true. I was told she listened to my dogs 🐕 heart and did not hear any “ murmurs “.
VIP Petcare was easy to register for, and they operated smoothly and efficiently once I got there with my two dogs. Their techs were friendly, helpful, and caring. They also saved me a lot of money. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend VIP Petcare to anyone.
I went to vip petcare at a Clinic in Surprise Arizona to get her shots the only thing I didn't like is when I paid they could not print out what they did to my Husky
I was under the impression the price was about $25 but $50 was a little shock. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Portal is very confusing so I skipped that. I also would have appreciated a receipt and certificate at the time of visit.
Great service and staff.
