They are the best Dr Houser and Dr Waltman did everything that they could for my baby boy Darwin. Everyone knew him by name, he was the best little boy ever. I will forever miss him. ❤️ I would recommend and trust them 1000 percent with my animals. Thank you for everything and the care you gave to him and us was just remarkable. Forever grateful

I have been taking my cat here since she was a baby and they are the best ! They truly care about helping your baby and getting to the root of the issue. EVERY staff member there is always so helpful and caring ! I know my kitty is always in good hands and receiving the best care from them !

I’ve been going to this location for 9 years. Service is great, however, prices outrageous. I took my three pups in two weeks ago just for vaccines, $1500. They asked me to bring them back in two weeks for follow up vaccines and that cost me $600. In two weeks over $2,100 just for vaccinations. That is outrageous and absurd. That’s not ok especially being a customer for 9 years. There is an alarming rate of dogs being surrendered, and fees like this I can see why. Very unfortunate to nickel snd dime customers. A follow up in a series of vaccinations should not be $600. I hope VCA relooks at their fees. In the future I’ll go to AZ Humane who does vaccinations for $40. And no office fees.

I had to bring my cat in because she lost a lot of weight. The doctors were very thorough and discovered that she was in kidney failure. We had to make the difficult decision to put her sleep, as her condition was terminal. The doctors and staff at VCA El Mirage made the whole process very comforting. Thank you for making a difficult time easier on me and my family. I appreciate all of you.

There is truly no other vet hospital like VCA but especially this location. I could write a 5 paragraph review in MLA format on just how much I love this vet, but I will keep it short for the sake of the readers time. I have brought my baby Noodle (chihuahua pug mix) here since I first got her at 7 weeks old. Every visit has been so amazing. They have helped me become so knowledgeable about my dogs health, activity, & behavior as she grows. Any & every concern has been met with nothing but comfort & support by this staff. We were just in for an urgent visit as Noodle came down with an upset stomach, we went over a treatment plan, course of action, & what I can do to better help her health going on. I feel so seen & heard with every visit & never walk out feeling like I didn’t get the answe
