When I was at your facility I had just had a terrible car accident- MY CAR WAS TOTALED severely broke my ankle and was here for my kitties and while in shocK one of your gals asked me if I wanted my fifty flea meds which was why I was there...I just remember that I was not in my right mind so I gave her my credit card. She gave me what she had and when. I get home she charged me for $680 which I can NOT afford. Tried to send it back but their policy is to never have returns so I have filed a criminal account thru my back ...you folks are crooks and I am not going to stop until this gets corrected!!!!!
The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have a long wait.
