VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

The wait was just too long. There was about 9 pets in front of me and I waited from 3 pm to 5 pm before it was even my turn. When it was my turn, it didn't take more than 5 minutes to get the feline combo test. There should be a more efficient way. Most of the time had been wasted just waiting in line.

The actual visit was fine, but the wait to see the vet was very long. It would be nice if appointments could be made. Our cat was the only cat there and had to listen to an ashmatic dog making noise while confined to the cage; that doesn't seem fair.

Took my 9 week old puppy to get his 1st set of vaccinations and everyone was great! Staff was great with my puppy and they explained clearly what was going to be given to him that day. I was surprised how short my wait time was for him to be seen since I was a walk in and didn't have a scheduled appointment. But the best part was the price I paid! I called many clinics and all of them wanted to charge a fee for the visit plus each vaccine which would have been at least $120-$150. But I paid under $100 which was fantastic! I am definitely going to continue to take my puppy to be seen by VIP PET CARE. I am totally satisfied with their service and will recommend their service to anyone looking!

Once the doors open the line move quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't push pet owners to purchase pet plans or pet treatments. I will continue to take my pet there. Thanks VIP and Petco staff.

The staff was very good at reassuring me the my elderly dog would be fine and was in good hands when he was getting his shots! ❤️
