VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

This rating is only for the clinic & the process. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment on line. It doesn't matter if when making the appointment it says you are number 1 (a weekin advance). What matters is where you are standing in line at the clinic. The people standing in line behind me were as perplexed as me. I was in the store at 4:15 for a 4:30 clinic opening. I got in line at 4:20 as I saw people getting in line. I was 5th. The couple with their puppy, also with an appointment, were behind me. I suspect the people ahead of me didn't have an appointment because their personal info was being added to the ipad by a clinic employee. I have tried calling VIP before and after this event but have never gotten through. The clinic staff were nice enough. I use this type of clinic so
