Words cannot describe how wonderful the staff are at Sierra Ranch Rehab Center. I brought my 10.5 year old white german shepherd, Nala for arthritis rehab, as well a TPLO surgery rehab. Her rehab tech, Megan has been a god send and Nala absolutely adores her, and I like to think she has become a staff favorite with her sassy attitude :) Nala recovered wonderfully from her TPLO surgery, and the ongoing rehab has done wonders for her arthritis. On top of everything, Dr. Williams & Megan saved Nala's life a few days ago. Turns out a mass on her spleen ruptured the morning of her rehab appointment - we had no idea she had it. Dr. Williams and Megan immediately assessed her and called the nearby ER to have her admitted. She had emergency surgery that afternoon and is recovering at home. We are

The entire staff at Sierra Ranch Veterinary is exceptional! They were highly recommended by my dogs trainer. They do not push products or services that you do not need. I will be here as long as my fur baby is living. They are the BEST!!

I cannot even begin to describe the amount of gratitude I feel for this team. My dog cookie has extreme anxiety and on 1/1 went from running to paralyzed legs in seconds flat. We did crate rest 5 weeks then took her to rehab here. The laughter love and warmth we feel here, the results we are seeing ....its simply phenomenal and we cant thank them enough. Love heals all. Also a shout out to Megan....cookie is really warming up to her...she has a gift of handling anxious dogs and gaining trust.

My dog and cat had been going to Dr Williams for a few years before we decided to move to Australia. Her and the team and Sierra Ranch Vet worked with my pet transportation company in order to ensure all bloodwork, paperwork and vaccines were up to date, correct and submitted.
