VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Having two aging pets that are currently costing me $$$$, when it came to getting my kitten vaccinated, I chose VIP Petcare because of their lower cost than going to our usual veterinarian. Very pleased with the experience of the staff and the service (vaccinations, microchip, blood test). The only thing I am waiting for a day later is my email so I can view my records, etc.

The staff is friendly, but the vet, isn't very friendly. In fact she has often been rude. I an still paying for an expensive plan that I don't even bother going in to use. My dog is partially paralyzed, and often has skin issues due to being paralyzed. I often get judgmental looks and remarks about this. I take her to another vet, with knowledge about paralyzed animals. She offers insight, kindness, understanding, reassurance, and a special ointment for my dog's condition. As these conditions are normal for paralyzed animals. Honestly for the price, and the vet, the stars would be less. However, the rest of the staff is extremely kind.

The staff, Dr. Roper; all are great! You can tell that they love the job they do. I feel very confident in the care and advice I receive there.
