I am not happy with this store or the cashier who claimed to be a manager. I tried to return or exchange potty pads and received nothing but attitude. I do plan to call corporate. While I understand that I was trying to return them late, it was not completely my fault. I brought my dogs in for shots on February 1st. Nobody warned ahead of time that the clinic was double booked for the day. It was complete chaos. My dogs were beyond stressed. There was a guy literally barking at my dogs and getting in their faces as the chaos was beyond words insane. So I forgot to return them. As all I was thinking about at that time was getting my dogs shots and getting them home. I explained all of this, and all she could say was there's nothing I can do. Your stuck with these garbage potty pads. I bough

I am super impressed with Stephanie and all of Petco staff! I was nervous how my puppy would be with his first haircut and grooming. My little Leo immediately felt safe in Stephanie’s arms which put my worries at ease. She did an amazing job and said he was so good during the process!! He could not look any cuter! We will be back every 6 weeks and will request Stephanie! Highly recommend!!!

Brittany was so awesome! I don’t know anything about reptiles but took one in as it was abandoned - she literally helped with everything! Let me know I had an African side neck turtle, what he needed, and even came out to my car in this cold temperature to look at the tank size to help me figure out the best overlay option size. She was literally amazing!!

Stay away from Petco in Portage Indiana. I went there with my wife who just wanted a fish to take home.Some Giant of a woman drilled her about what kind of tank do you have? What do you want to do with this fish? Who cares....We are paying customers. If we want to flush it down the toilet, It's no business of theirs.lol.We laughed and walked out.

Jill!! Our superhero of the day! Last minute she welcomed our fur baby in and did wonders on him. She saved the day & did a fantastic job. Would recommend her to anyone with a doodle ♥️🐾🐶
