One of the worst run pop up clinics I have ever attended. I was one of the first people there and checked in, I was told I wasn’t allowed to wait inside and we had to wait in our car to receive a text. After 40 minutes of waiting we went back inside to follow up and they told us to get in line because that wasn’t a thing. We then had to wait another hour and a half just for my cat to get his rabies vaccine. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with us. They didn’t want to give me any information on how my cat did when they took him back. And on top of that, I only now received his records and they messed up his records by putting incorrect information on them, even though I gave them the correct information no less than 3 times. The only reason I went to this clinic
All good! Great staff, location was easy, prices sure have increased, but I guess that is to be expected.
Very impressive! Affordable and well organized; they seem to really care about the animals.
