Wonderful! So kind and considerate. And I love that the instructions are to park, wait in the car, and get a text when it's time to come in. My dog is not too excited about other dogs. So it was such a smooth transition, and it didn't end up like a circus. We were in and out in 5 minutes!
Kind, organized, knowledgeable staff. You get a text/email telling you to wait for a text/email to get in line, but you start to feel you may have been forgotten. Great professional service except for the anxiety I had waiting for my text to get in line. Maybe a ‘We are aware you are waiting’ kind of text?
It was quick. No waiting in lines forever. And painless, for me. Ask Poppy about this.
