VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

A neighbor of mine recommended VIP Petcare at Pet Supplies Plus in Clearwater. I looked up the website and felt comfortable with the services and prices listed so made an appointment for the next Vet visit to our location. I was pleased to get reminder notices about my appointment and instructions on how to proceed with my check-in on the day of our visit. Check-in was efficient and cordial. I showed them paperwork from my dog's annual phystical a year prior, and they made recommendations on what I needed done on this visit. The prices for the services were very reasonable compared with other vets in our area. Overall I was very pleased with VIP PetCare and I will take my dog there again.

Went in for a first kitten visit for vaccines.The vet assistant was so rough! She was holding him down forcefully and applying pressure over his body and he pooped all over!! Then she held him up in the air by his scruff at this point i asked if he was breathing because he did not look good at all. I was shocked how they handled him. When I left a stranger stopped me in the parking lot to ask if I was OK because they witnessed the incident! It was horrible. I will NEVER bring any of my animals there again! I did reach out to the company and was highly disappointed with their response to this situation! BRING YOUR ANIMALS ELSEWHERE PLEASE
