Normally we have a wonderful experience but this last time at the Cape Coral Petsupermarket location , the aids were very helpful when I asked about flea treatments due to special needs they aked the vet for her recommendation.The second I told the vet I just wanted it for fleas and ticks but not heart worm she gave me the nastiest look and says well then try frontline an dismissed us little does this human know that due to other issues we have our dogs on a separate treatment for heartworm prevention that was recommended by a specialist due to heart issues that one of the dogs have . No questions were even asked she chose to assume and be dismissive. She was terrible we did not cut in line we waited just like everyone else but did not deserve the time of day to this lady.
