K9EC is the absolute best place to bring your dog. If you are looking to build a bond of trust and companionship, there are no better people than Ryan and Crystle and the staff at K9EC to help you on your journey with your furry friend. When I got my German Shepherd puppy, Zero, I knew I needed training. So I looked around and tried out some different places. Other trainers insisted I use painful "corrections" and a prong collar to manage his size and behavior. But my heart told me there had to be a better way. When I met Ryan during Zero's first evaluation appointment, I immediately knew we were in the right place. Not only do they do an excellent job training and working with Zero, more importantly, they take the time to teach me. Changing my long held beliefs and ideas about how to inte

I’m a local who’s been coming into the plaza for a bit over a year now. Over time I have noticed an astonishing amount of progress from K9 EC with the employees, their facility, and the fur babies, I have seen all ages of fur babies come, all different breeds and they work with each and every one of them very well. I have watched every single fur baby make progress in this facility. Whether they first started out shy, reactive , hyperactive, jump or bark at me every time I saw them. They ALL have made progress, from someone standing on the outside looking in I’m very very proud of these pups, and very thankful to Crystal, Kelby, and Ryan for allowing me to experience this journey with every pup that comes in, and allowing me watch their progress over time. If you are looking for an amazing

We are so glad we went to K-9 Enrichment to get help with our dog who barked at most things - noise, boats, knocks, people, etc. etc. Ryan and Crystle were great with helping us understand how our dog processes information and how we could work with him to get him to be less afraid and reactive. They have a very friendly, calm, and encouraging approach which makes it a great experience. They provided a lot of information and tools, while also making it clear that we needed to be dedicated on our end to spend time reinforcing what they went over in each training. We made a commitment to this and the results were amazing! We even had several friends and neighbors notice the difference in our dog. We are grateful to have met Ryan and Crystle and also for the increased connection with our dog.

I adopted Tammi from the Cape Coral Animal Shelter 3 years ago this month. She was 5 months old. I saw her picture online and fell in love with her. The litter had been dumped in DeSoto county at 4 months old. She was the runt of the litter & bullied by the other puppies who denied her food and she got very sick and almost didn’t make it. She was petrified of everything, and I knew she needed patience and love. At the time I had 2 dogs with cancer. I had gotten Tammi when one was diagnosed so the other would not be alone when he passed but sadly that one got an even more aggressive cancer and they both passed away within 6 months of each other leaving Tammi alone. She had built a bond with both of them. The first 6 months that I had her she was too scared to even come out from under my

Was looking for a place for some training. They were recommended by a multiple friends. After only two lessons, we could see major improvements. Kyan, Krystle, and the staff genuinely love the animals there. They gave us things to practice at home, and it has all been helpful. I would completely recommend them if you are looking for some quality, and loving training.
