I had a very disappointing experience at VIP Fullerton Animal Hospital. I brought my cat in because she was showing abnormal behavior — she wasn’t eating normally and had started using the bathroom outside of her litter box. I was obviously concerned and looking for answers and guidance. After a brief exam, I was told she was “deeply dehydrated” and had a fever. I was then presented with a long list of recommended treatments that brought the total to over $1,000. There was little explanation beyond being told it was urgent.
