10/10 Sahory is an amazing trainer! She’s super sweet and super helpful. She was very patient with my mini doxi. He loved going to all his classes!

Friendly staff great service and great fish and reptiles

The bald middle aged white guy is so unbelievably RUDE. He doesn’t greet you when you walk in the store he actually gives a dirty look. He shouldn’t be in customer service. And why does he have to be there everytime I need to stop in? I will drive out of my way to petco because I don’t want to deal with his attitude. lol. I’ve had multiple experiences with him so I kno it’s not just a “bad day”. He makes you feel like an idiot over anything has no people skills. I only shop here as a last resort

This Petsmart is often out of the products I need, so only 4 stars. But curbside is easy, and the staff are nice, professional folks.

My go to store for simple stuffs, like food. It's peaceful enough to walk a dog around in, and people are friendly here. Buying my dog chow here is likely better than elsewhere due to earning points.
