The service was amazing but the set up they have isn't great. They don't really offer alot of animals, and the prices for insects was ridiculous. They don't have an efficient method for them, they throw them all together. And I also don't love they have puppies in a box with no toys or simulation.

I obtained my leopard gecko from this establishment, and I am pleased to report that all of the animals are healthy and receive proper care. The customer service provided is exemplary.

I drive all the way here from Allegan every couple weeks for mice for my snake. Every employee I've ever asked questions has always been very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I don't know who the employee was that was working today but I had never seen him before and was a little skeptical about asking him questions. I did anyway and he knew exactly how to re ssolve my issue. I'm thankful for VI pets of Holland and although it might be a drive, it's totally worth it. Thank you guys for all you do! Open up a shop in Allegan! 😄

Always friendly staff, has just about anything you need for common pets and even some slighty less common pets. Always love when they have puppies or kittens in where you get to pet them. Pretty large aquarium section with a ton of different fish to see/purchase.

We've been going there with the kids to see all the kittens and puppies and all the other pets they have there. We saw a kitten that my girlfriend wanted for her birthday. They stated they needed to go to vet and they would be available after that. I asked if i could pay for one up front and they were very clear that it is first come, first serve. So today she went in there to show her mom which one and she was told that the one she wanted was already purchased/being bought by employee, which completely contradicts their statement to a customer. we were loyal up until this happened and will never be going back.
