Edit: The owner called me back to apologize about the whole situation. She claimed she wanted to give me a partial refund for the experience, but now I have been charged full price twice! I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and the staff was friendly. When I picked up my dogs though, I found that one dogs ears were still dirty which is supposed to be the basic service. He was also still covered in dandruff and smelled like dirty dog, as if he didn’t even get a bath. The groom job on my poodle was spotty with random hairs sticking up that I have to trim myself. They also gave him really bad razor burn on his nose. I was charged $45 for a simple bath (no haircut) and $40 for a full service groom for my poodle. If you’re looking for cheap, you’ve found it. I took my 5 year old poodle mix tothe barking lot today for the first time and had a great experience! He came home looking better than ever and happy as a clam! NO TRAUMA RESPONSE !!! I booked my next apprentice in the spot. She clearly took extra time working through his hair, did not just buzz him to the skin. Thank you so much! Will be back!!

Emma is absolutely THE BEST! She took such good care of Posie when she had a hot spot and ear infections. Posie got a wash, blowout, ear cleaning, nail trim & file, and a haircut in less than an hour. All of the girls are so efficient and kind. The pricing is also very affordable. I will never stop referring everyone I know to TCBL!!!

My cat, Sabrina, moved in with my daughter in another city, but before that I brought her to Tulip City Barking Lot for over a decade. They were always professional, friendly, reliable, and they did a great job grooming her. I highly recommend! (and I miss my fun conversations with Linda :) )

Let me start off by saying that it takes a lot to make me angry, I tend to be a very understanding person. But, after our experience at Tulip City Barking Lot I am absolutely livid! We scheduled our first appointment at tulip city for this morning, for our 4 year old border collie mix. I scheduled a FULL grooming. When I dropped him off at 930, I wasn't thrilled to see that he was immediately put in a crate but I do realize not all locations have the room to let the dogs be out and about so I did not let this bother me too much. The woman at the desk said that he'd be done around 3, so I planned to have my husband pick our dog up then. When my husband arrive he paid, grabbed our dog and walked him to the car.
