Veterinary Wellness Center of Glen Rock

While making a delivery to this location, I had a very negative interaction with the front desk employee. The entrance was unclear, and while I was trying to contact the recipient, I placed a heavy printer box on the ground. Instead of calmly helping, I was spoken to in a rude and confrontational way and was told I could be reported and lose my job. The entire situation felt unnecessary and disrespectful. How someone treats another person matters. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing my pet here, and I would not recommend a place where the front staff behaves this way

There are not words to describe how great this practice is. Dr S and his team always took amazing care of our late dog. Every single staff member is compassionate and attentive. Jason always took each of our calls and met our needs quickly and thoroughly. The office is very clean. Thank you!

Dr. Sepulveda, along with his wonderful staff, are knowledgeable , warm, and caring and have always taken great care of my dog, Lily. They have always been professional to her and I, whether it be for routine visits with vaccines, blood work, and allergy care to sick visits and cleaning of her teeth. The office is immaculate and efficient and I would highly recommend this office for all your pet care.

I've been going to Dr Sepulveda since the office opened and I would never go anywhere else. In addition to being a lovely human, he's also one of the most compassionate, kind, and caring vets I've ever met - he is wonderful with animals of course, but he's also so very patient with their humans as well. His staff is also incredibly gentle and capable, and the office is always very clean. I recommend Veterinary Wellness Center to anyone with a beloved animal and will continue to do so enthusiastically.

Everything that has been written here already about Dr. Sepulveda is absolutely true and is why we have been taking our two Labradoodles to him since the month he opened in Glen Rock. However, what finally drove me to write this review was the incredible service that he and his staff provided last month when I wasn't even in his office. The dogs and I had an early morning flight out of JFK and the airline was not going to let us on the plane because of a problem with our documents. I called the office and his staff snapped into action, getting a hold of the doctor, getting new documents printed and signed, and then take a pic of them with their iPhone to send them to me standing at the check-in counter. Absolutely amazing. Just a wonderful doctor and a really great local business. Everyone
