I have been with this Vet for many years since our cat died 2024 of November. Dr Stekler has been great. But not the front ladies. I don’t know what happened. My other cat had sinus problems and trying to make an appointment since last year august. I thought maybe dr stekler had retired. My husband and I have been calling and leaving messages to make an appointment several occasions for several months. NO phone calls been returned. I got a mail three weeks ago to make an annual Check up appointment for my cat and was so surprised. So my husband and I called again and left messages. Still no response. I find it very rude and very unprofessional with the assistance. Again Dr Stekler is great but not his assistants. No wonder there is so many negative reviews about them. Had to

Dr Stekler has been our vet for nearly 30 years. His compassion, knowledge, professionalism is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else. What other person calls on a weekend to check about your pet? Who else writes a heartfelt sympathy card that sits next to my recent dogs ashes? Thank you for everything!

Always a great experience. I have taken my cat, rabbit and family's cats there. Dr. Stekler is always friendly and a great vet. The waiting area is spa like and love that they give a goodie bag when you leave. It's a nice touch and shows they care about their patients.

Dr. Steckler and his staff has provided extraordinary care to our Jac for the past 16 and a half years. Our Jac just crossed the rainbow bridge 2 days ago and we would like to thank you for your compassion and love! I highly recommend Dr. Steckler!

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the way your office has handled my attempts to schedule an appointment. For the past month, I have been calling repeatedly, only to be completely ignored. Not a single call back, not a single effort to acknowledge a long-time patient of over 20 years. I have trusted your office with the care of both of my dogs, yet the way I have been treated recently is beyond disrespectful. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from your staff is unacceptable. No pet owner should have to beg for a response, especially from a place they have been loyal to for so long.
