Veterinary Urgent Care Center - East Providence

I am so impressed with my visit. The ladies at the front desk, vet tech, and doctor were all so friendly and helpful. My dog usually gives a lot of vets a hard time, but they were able to handle her no problem. They all really love pets and want the best for your pet. Everything about my dogs care plan was my decision and they sat down with me to discuss options before proceeding. This was the best vet experience I have ever had BY FAR. I am still in shock. They were even able to trim her grinch paws and cut her nails (I have taken her to 3 different groomers and all of them said they couldn’t do it). Also, the rooms and waiting area were very clean and nicely decorated. 10/10 amazing!

Best place ever! They are kind, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. We have been a couple of times and the care is always the same - spectacular! Howard had to have a splinter of wood removed from his gums and they took great care of him. He is on the mend and hopefully will resist eating sticks going forward. Doubtful, but we know where to go if it happens again!

Ive made several urgent care visits there over the last year for my Ellie. Appts are easy to make online, there's no waiting, and they are all professional and friendly. The practitioner has always been very thorough and I always leave with all my questions answered. They are my "go to" if my girl needs an urgent care visit.

Oh my goodness...these folks are awesome. My vet directed me to the Veterinary Urgent Care after my dog Ollie ate something that could potentially be harmful. I phoned them immediately and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They listened, provided expert guidance and offered a walk-in appt. if needed. We are so grateful.

Visited Veterinary Urgent Care - E. Providence today. So easy to make an online appointment, was seen on time, and cat was then treated. Excellent care and treatment. I hope we don’t need to use them again, but I’m so pleased to have had access to this service and to have been able to get the treatment our cat required.
