Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of treats and toys. Doesn't have the dog food brand I use (science Hill). BUT the people there will try to really push grain free dog foods despite me telling them what my vet recommended and me telling them that studies have link grain free foods to heart disease and digestive issues. Many grain-free diets replace grains with ingredients like peas, lentils, and potatoes, which can interfere with the body's ability to use certain nutrients like taurine, a key amino acid for heart health. In my opinion its inappropriate for unqualified people to push these dog food brands and make people believe that this is the best option for their dog when scientific evidence doesn't back that up at all. Great place to pick up pet supplies, or take your dogs for a bath. The employees here are always super helpful and kind. I always have a positive experience when I go here.

Great place. Very spacious. I came here for the self service dog wash that is cheaper here than the one in East providence. Needed a new location as well in order to avoid the hectic traffic brought on by the Washington Bridge repairs. Staff were very friendly

Never had an issue bringing in my dog to use the self wash station, staff is chilled l, and friendly. Everything you need from clean towels, apron, shampoo, conditioner, even treats, etc. to get the job done. Can't beat 13 bucks. I recommend using this conditioner. You'll thank me later!
