What wonderful people. I drove in to have my sweet hamster put down, but he died on the way. They were kind enough to put him in a box and make paw prints for me, all at no charge. Can't say enough about how kind they were. <3

My family unfortunately had to put down another animal, luckily we went here and the staff were super nice and caring while understanding our situation and the loss of our beloved cat. I did take a picture of one of the signs in their "Quiet Room" which is where animals are either A.) Put down, or B.) Where the family can grieve their loss. It was a funny sign so I had to snag a picture of it

My family loves this specialty place. It is worth the drive to Colorado Springs from Pueblo being as Pueblo has nothing like it. These people are so knowledgeable and caring. They are genuine. Love them!

Unfortunately, this was not our first specialty “rodeo” (😉) but time and time again, this staff and these doctors remind us how grateful we are to have them in this community. We live in Cripple Creek now and were morally debilitated after five days of caring for our sick beagle—unable to find a solution and having maxed out the technical capabilities of our vet up there. Most vets would have insisted we take her down to the facility before taking us through options and potential diagnoses but these wonderful humans spent their time analyzing test results and potential options over the phone, before we made the trek down the mountain. Not only did that effort provide hope in what felt like an endless sea of concern, it made us feel like they cared about US…not the money, not the policie

Took our old Aussie in after an accident. They provided excellent care and while our beloved dog did not make it I can tell you he was comfortable in his last hours. Caring doctors and front staff is very very helpful.
