Veterinary Medical Hospital Of Clearwater

We've been going here for more than 30 years. We bring our cats and dog to the Vets here, I loved every Vet that has given my pets care. They all seemed to love animals, they are concerned to the point that they call to check on them, make sure I have not any additional questions. I currently have 6 cats and 1 dog, I have never felt more comfortable at a Vet's office. Both doctors and staff are so very kind.

100/10! I absolutely love the team here! I have an Italian Greyhound who broke his leg and unfortunately has needed lots and lots of care. The team here gets him in fast when needed, highly informative and also gets me what I need for my little guy fast! We love the new doc there and I am so happy to finally have a vet who understands Italian Greyhounds! Deek and I, love you all bunches and thank you for loving my little guy the way I do!

Ok WOW !!!! This place is amazing. We recently left our vet of 25 yrs because he retired and the new owners were disgraceful. We came here and were immediately treated like family. The entire staff was so sweet and caring and took the time to go over everything with us. I completely recommend this place to everyone!!! Thank you very much from our pet family

This past Saturday (2/28/26) I had to put my cat down that I had for almost 12 years. I have used multiple different vets throughout the years I had him and was told 3 years ago by the a different vet and an urgent care that he needed to be put down immediately because of a growth on his stomach. He made it 3 more years with no issues. About a year ago he started getting a growth on his nose - I took him to a cat only hospital which the people were very nice at but the prices were just astronomical (even for euthanisa). Knowing I had to put him down I called about a dozen places and Veterinary Medical Hospital of Clearwater was by far the most reasonable pricing for this service. Dr. Vassallo was absolutely wonderful. Our doggie has terrible anxiety - especially with men. He was so gentle and careful with her. He seemed very knowledgeable and passionate with his role. We will be back.
