Great for an emergency. Vero is very lucky to have this 24 HOUR EMERGENCY vet clinic. It's a large building, new, and super clean. If you have a pet emergency I highly recommend this location. We were satisfied with the service we received for our dog when he had an unexpected injury after normal vet hours. I love knowing there is a local emergency vet in Vero. This is one of the very few if any. The cost is high for an emergency situation. However, it's not unexpected for this type of service. I took one star off because I received an X-ray for the emergency. When the dog did not get better I was told a diagnosis that it could be and they re x-rayed not long after because I was distraught about the potential diagnosis of cancer I agreed to the service again. I've never used their services before. Unfortunately my three year old Bernidoodle, Sadie had an attack at our house. We rushed her to the hospital, even though we believed she had passed, and were immediately met by the staff. They took Sadie back and unfortunately nothing could be done for her. The entire staff was compassionate about our loss and took us to a private area with Sadie so we could say goodbye. The entire staff was so helpful at that time and helped with getting her cremated. I can not say enough good things about the entire process. They even followed up with a card signed by the staff. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful and compassionate staff here. Brought my cat in on an emergency basis for labored breathing after my regular vet was not able to see him right away. They provided treatment and kept him overnight. As a worried mom, Dr White called me with updates and encouraged me to call in anytime. It was reassuring to know that he was receiving attentive, thorough care beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, my cats condition was likely to occur again and it did 10 days later. Although I know they explored every option and referred him to a specialist, his condition had worsened beyond what could be managed or treated with a positive outcome. I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Olive, and I can't express how grateful I am for the care we received at the vet clinic. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed incredible compassion and understanding during such a difficult time. They made sure we felt supported every step of the way. The cremation was handled quickly, even though it needed to be sent out. What truly touched my heart was the letter we received along with her paw prints. It was such a beautiful gesture that made the experience a little more comforting. Fairly new establishment, but I'd say top tier for sure. Our family will forever be grateful for the NO Nonsense correct diagnosis of our AryA. Dr. Fry nailed it! He said the symptoms seem to be those of a possible tick bite as she was limping with a sore back leg. That's exactly what we found. Feeding on the inside of her back leg. Gave her medication and followed the instructions and our girl was back to normal. Truly a great place.
