From my first visit to the showroom until the project was complete, they took time, care and attention to make sure that everything was perfect. Mia has a special talent and expertise in knowing the best options for keeping the project on budget and the finished project looking gorgeous. Bill made sure that the project was managed on-time (actually ahead of expected time), and kept me up-to-date on progress. John and his team did an expert job on the installation and even though there was a challenge with the existing baseboards when installing the LVP, they came up with the perfect solution. I had a great experience from start to finish. They were very helpful and happily answered my many questions so I could choose the carpet that best fit my needs. The gentlemen that installed my carpet were true professionals and did a fantastic job moving my furniture, removing my old carpet and installing the new carpet.
