My little fur baby was not feeling well and we were very worried and concerned. We call this ER and from the moment talking with Bree she was very understanding and knew we were worried. She let us know that they would be able to see us and get our fur baby taken care of. As soon as we walked through the door the team was there to greet us and make us feel like a priority! Dr. Melanie Beghtel was amazing letting us knw everything that was going on and explained everything where we could understand. The nurses Jess C., Tiff and Desiree were the best! My fur baby normally does like the vet but they made her so comfortable so loves them! Thank you all so much for caring for my fur baby!

I had to say goodbye to my beloved Nora today, and the compassion we received from the moment we walked through the door meant everything. Every person we encountered was gentle, empathetic, and treated my girl with genuine care. They gave me all the time I needed—before and after—to hold her, talk to her, and say my goodbyes without feeling rushed. Sterling walked us through all of the cremation options ahead of time, which allowed me to focus on Nora and my grief instead of making decisions afterward. The clinic and staff are wonderful. In a moment of panic and worry they provide comfort. Our little one was taken back quickly to be stabilized. Our vet was informative and explained in detail what was going on. They gave us privacy to process and details on next steps. The facility was clean and comfortable. When needed we will return and know we are getting the best care. Highly recommend

Took my daughter's miniature Yorkie Terrier and the staff was very kind, very informative, and helpful. The main Vetenarian spoke with me and told me all that was going on with our Pup, recommended me some eye drops, they performed an exam everything came back good. We have been observing our dog, and this morning hes looking much better. I recommend them!

The staff here is super friendly and professional! This is my second time going here within 2 years and I feel safe leaving my cat here with them I trust they’ll do their best to take care of him. Also for all that I hear about emergency vet visits costing thousands I feel lucky to have to have paid around $400-800 but maybe that was because my cat wasn’t in bad health after all. They did also give me the option between a pricey full care routine or inexpensive but still attentive care routine which I appreciate and I did always go with the more pricey option! Anyways great and friendly staff and in my opinion not too expensive for my cats health and my own peace of mind! Hopefully I don’t come back any time soon but the short 30-40 minute drive is worth the excellent care and I would high
