First time bringing our puppy to the groomers and they did a wonderful job! We didn’t know what to expect other than what was listed for the basic “escentials”and the additional service we added (barber package). Needless to say we were very pleasantly surprised and grateful for the quality & customer service!! As mentioned earlier, our dog is still a puppy so he has a tendency to pee when he’s excited/submissive, so we were worried he was going to do that. He did end up doing it when we picked him up which we apologized immediately and the employee was very understanding and cited that it happens with other dogs too. Today was our second time taking our pups to ScentHound and both times we had excellent service! Everyone is so friendly and truly care about our girls. They use quality products and our dogs smell and look great. Our senior Boxer has very sensitive skin so we selected the sensitive skin soap and she had zero irritation which was shocking. They did an excellent job on grooming for our large doodle and tiny terrier/chihuahua mix. We appreciate all the information and ease of communication with their system, texts and emails too.

Customer service was fantastic. Fromt desk area was clean and organized. Very professional. I was thinking “this is going to be $$$!” But it was less $$$ than other groomers with same services! They went over the membership program but were not pushy at all! Responded to all of my questions. Service was quick. My dog has very high anxiety, but when I picked her up, she was totally calm and just looked great. Really good deal for the services provided! Will definitely be back and seriously considering the membership because they did such a great job!!!

First time taking my dogs to Scenthound. Was so excited n happy with their service. I signed my dogs up with a membership. Blanco n Bud were so happy when they came out. In on time n they texted me how things were going n that they would be ready in about 15 minutes. Great communication. Friendly staff n was greeted as I walked in.

From the moment I called to inquire about services, everyone has been friendly, professional and also top notch technology. When I booked the appointment, I received a confirmation email and text. I have a small dog, so services were completed within an hour; so I was able to wait in my car until they were done. His current state was reviewed with me, I also got to choose what shampoo was used and they asked to book a next appointment. The next day they called to check on him as well. I like the membership concept and the ability to add on services when you need to but the basic ones are great. If you are on the fence or looking for a new groomer, for sure try Scenthound-Mansfield!
